Michele Que

Michele Que is dedicated to providing quality client service – a reputation she has built over 12 years in the real estate industry, during which time she has won numerous sales and customer service awards. Michele responds to clients needs 7 days a week with her professional and friendly service.

Living locally gives Michele the edge when it comes to giving advice to her clients. Michele has owned Aspley Real Estate for the past four and a half years, her zest and passion for the industry is second to none.

Ted Podlich

Ted Podlich is a highly regarded and well respected real estate agent who possesses superior skills, knowledge and ability in all facets of real estate.

He is a competent licensed agent and family man who has lived and worked in the Aspley area since 1970. Take advantage of Ted’s extensive local knowledge, previous career as a government building inspector and vast experience gained as a manager whilst working with the Queensland Department of Housing over many years. Ros Atkinson

Ros Atkinson is the Business Manager of Aspley Real Estate and has been in the real estate industry for more than seven years and is a fully licenced Real Estate Agent.

As Business Manager, Ros is the first point of contact for most clients and prides herself on delivering first class customer service – whether it be for landlords, tenants, vendors or purchasers.
She also oversees the day to day running of the business, using her background in sales and customer service to ensure all Aspley Real Estate clients receive the kind of personal service which helped win the Quest Small Business Achievers Award in 2006.

Ros has lived in Aspley with her husband and 4 children since returning from interstate and overseas in 2001.

Paulette Burke

Paulette Bourke is our Senior Property Manager and has been with Aspley Real Estate since October 2006.

Having worked in positions both in Australia and overseas, Paulette has a wealth of experience in both administration and customer service. Her attention to detail and methodical approach greatly assist her in the property management process.
